A conducive and positive ethical climate plays a significant role to retain employees to work in the organization. The measurement tools undertaken in the data collection include Ethical Climate Questionnaire 26 item by Victor and Cullen (1987) and Turnover Intention Scale (TIS-6) by Roodt (2004). The data of the study were analysed using the descriptive and inferential analysis. Through Partial Least Square-Structure Equivalent Model (SEM PLS) analysis were used to evaluate the hypothesis model that connects all constructs using the Smart PLS version 3.0 appliccation. It comprised of descriptive statistic and partial least squares path modelling (PLS-SEM). The finding of the study indicates that ethical climate ha a significant and negative effect on turnover intention. This proves that the good ethical climate in the organization, has resulted in the desire of employees to quit in the organization is low among non-executive employees in government -linked companies in Kuala Lumpur.Lastly, recommendations were also given for future research.
